YELP-LV Volunteers with the Food Bank

YELPLV and the San Antonio Food Bank are working together to eliminate food deserts in the community. Currently, YELPLV is providing sustenance to 1700 families in need. Our mission is to expand this service to reach 6000 families each month. To make this goal a reality, we need volunteers. Providing nutritious food to children is essential for their mental and emotional growth, and helps them become empathetic, work-ready, global citizens who give back to society and live sustainably. It's important to instill a sense of responsibility in our children to care for their fellow human beings.
